Some Ways to Overcome Stress
People,
nowdays, get used to have a lot of activities. They start working, studying or any other activities mostly
from morning until afternoon without any quite rest time. Sometimes, they add
some more activities in the evening. Because they need more money, do the
additional homework, more extra events, etc. If they do such those things
regularly and continually, it will make them easily get stress. If stress comes
and stays on someone’s mind in a long time, it can influence the capability of
someone’s in doing something. To solve this, there are some ways to overcome
stress which can be easily tried.
First, you can take off a moment your
current activities and decide to go for a simple vacation. For instance, you
can go to the city park where you live, sit on the park chair, and feel the
wind blows to you. Besides that, you can also have a big and long vacation if
you have enough time and fee. For example, you can visit some cities which have
tourism places either in Indonesia or abroad. Like Bali, Lombok, Yogyakarta,
Bandung, Singapore, etc. If you do this once or more in the middle of your busy
days, you’ll rarely get stress.
The second, you can read some books
that you like. How to do this? Just put your favorite book inside of your bag,
then when you have spare time on your busy activities, you can take it out and
read it. Based on the research, reading can bring readers into an imagination
space which is same as written on the book. It means that instantly your mind
is taking a rest in a moment and is ready to work on again. Furthermore, you
can also read some funny story books. In particular, it is like comic, funny
story novel, folk story etc. in the end, you’ll never get stress if you try to
read books.
In the last and the most important,
you can do sport to decrease your stress. Because sport can make our nerves
stretch lower, so that it makes our mind feels fresh. In particular, you can do
the simplest sport, jogging in the morning or afternoon. You don’t need to do
it as regularly as your activity but just do it when you surely have free time.
On the other hand, you might go to a gym place once or twice in a week. If you can do this well, I’m sure that stress
will never bravely come into your mind.
In summary, all people don’t want to get stress in their busy
activities. By doing these three ways, going on vacation, reading books, and
doing sport, I am sure that our activities can be easily run without any stress
disturb them.
